Staff were so friendly and helpful, it was very easy to sort as well as we only enquired the night before needing the locker. We were able to store a large suitcase for 5 days as well, whilst we island hopped, which was very handy. I never felt nervous about leaving my luggage here and the lockers felt very safe which is good so you can relax and enjoy yourself whilst you’re away. Perfect experience and fully recommend the lockers to anyone needing to store luggage in Koh Samui.

No. Walk in any time we are open.
Is my bag safe here?
A person is at the counter every open hour, CCTV covers the floor 24/7, and drop-offs are matched to your passport, so only you can collect your bags.
When do I pay?
At the counter when you drop off. No card needed to reserve.
Is it air conditioned?
Yes, during opening hours, with ventilation as well.
Can you collect my bags from my hotel or villa?
Yes, on request. It is not part of the standard price, so ask us and we will arrange it.
Can I collect late at night?
Arrange it in advance and we will sort it. Not on the day.
What if I don't collect on time?
We hold your things for an additional 7 days. Extra charges may apply, and after that our unclaimed luggage policy applies.
When do people store bags here?
Early check-in, late check-out, a long layover, a visa run, island hopping, a shopping day. Any gap where the bags would slow you down.
What can I not store?
Nothing illegal, alive, perishable or flammable. Ask if unsure.
