The most common things people ask before they book.

How long do I have to commit for?
Minimum one month. After that, stay as long as you need — there's no upper limit. Leave any time with 30 days notice.
What happens if I leave before my contract ends?
No problem — just give us 30 days notice. The difference between the discounted rate you paid and the standard monthly rate (฿9,000) will be charged for the months you used. For example, if you signed a 6-month contract at ฿8,100 and leave after 3 months, you pay the ฿900/mo difference for those 3 months. No penalty beyond that.
Will my things be okay in the Samui humidity?
Yes. Unlike most storage facilities in Samui, our rooms are air conditioned during business hours (10am–7pm). Outside those hours the AC is off, but the rooms remain dry, well-ventilated, and fully protected from sun and rain. Suitable for clothing, equipment, electronics in cases, documents, and most personal or business items.
What can I store?
Almost anything personal or commercial. We don't allow anything illegal, food that spoils, hazardous materials, or living things. Ask if you're not sure.
Can I access my room outside business hours?
Standard hours are 10am to 7pm every day. Outside of that, access may be arranged on special request — message us and we'll do our best.
Do you accept commercial storage?
Yes, within reason. We can store inventory and equipment for small businesses, but cannot accept pallet-scale shipments or items needing industrial handling.
